COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - After a cooler wrap to the weekend, temperatures begin to climb through the 80s again during the workweek. Sunday afternoon was nice and comfortable but a little cooler than average for this time of year. Monday will be seasonably warm with highs working their way back to above average starting Tuesday. Some spots may even get close to 90 degrees midweek. Monday, an area of low pressure should stay far enough south of our region that we’ll stay dry to start the workweek. We’ll stay rain-free much of this week, but the humidity will be back on the rise. Our next chance for rain could be as early as Thursday night with much better chances on Friday with the passage of another frontal boundary. Monday: Seasonably warm. Highs around 80 degrees. Tuesday: Sun and clouds with more humidity. Highs are in the mid 80s. Wednesday: Continued humid and very warm with highs for some close to 90! Thursday: Very warm and humid. Increasing clouds late. Highs in the upper 80s. . .
