SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The Washington Pavilion hosted its annual Ag Day in downtown Sioux Falls. Thanks to numerous sponsors, the event was free for those in attendance. The day featured several exhibits and experiences, including an interactive market, demonstrations, and more. The Pavilion hosts Ag Day every year to promote agriculture with a focus on how agriculture plays a role in South Dakota with the help of producer associations. “We’re having a great time here promoting our new Soy Street. We love educating the youth and adults alike about all of the different uses that soybeans have. It’s so much fun to see these kids interact with this interaction. It’s just fun for everybody,” said Danielle Dykstra with South Dakota Soybean. Ag Day attendees were encouraged to stick around afterward to explore the rest of the Washington Pavilion.
