As far as unbelievable sports moments go, it doesn't get much crazier than this.

Northern High School junior Jordan Wood is his school's MVP this week, following a hail-mary basketball shot he made at the buzzer to win the game.

Watch the incredible moment here:

Players from Northern High School, in Owings, Maryland, rushed the court in celebration as Wood's buzzer shot—made from 85 feet away—bumped the score to 58–57 in Northern's favor, over their opponent McDonough High School from Pomfret, Maryland.

Congratulations to Wood! What a memorable moment for him and for his team!
