The Super Bowl-favorite Detroit Lions host a red-hot Washington Commanders team, and it’s sure to be a Divisional Round matchup you won’t want to miss.

The Commanders come off a convincing road win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, surpassing Baker Mayfield and Co. with a walk-off field goal to earn a 23-20 victory. Quarterback Jayden Daniels continued to steal the hearts of the DMV, rising to the occasion and completing 24-of-35 passes for 268 yards and two touchdowns while scrambling for 36 yards on 13 carries. 2021 third-rounder Dyami Brown had a breakout game, connecting with Daniels for 89 yards and a touchdown on five receptions.

A dominant 31-9 win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 18 secured the No. 1 seed and the first-round bye that comes with it. The Lions watched as competition narrowed from 16 teams to 8, and their path to the NFC Championship game took shape.

The winner of the Commanders vs. Lions will play the winner of Sunday’s Los Angeles Rams vs. Philadelphia Eagles competition.
