INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — All lanes of westbound I-70 are back open near Richmond after a closure that lasted nearly 12 hours. Around 11:45 p.m. Monday, a semitruck went over an embankment near mile marker 150.8 and ended up partially submerged in water, forcing police to close the interstate between U.S. 27 and Union Pike Road. The road did not reopen until 10 a.m. Tuesday. Police have not provided any information about the crash or the truck driver.
