We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym in Littleton is a gym that provides a safe and, most importantly, inclusive place for children of all ability levels. "We Rock Care!"

At We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym (WRTS) in Littleton, your child's needs are their top priority! The kid-only gym focuses on an all-inclusive philosophy that is beneficial to all children, no matter where they are in their learning abilities. WRTS is specifically designed to aid children who have sensory processing disorders, but they stress that all children can gain new skills and abilities from their time spent there. Dr. Stef Husemann, a practicing chiropractor, found her passion for working in the pediatric special needs population. She had a vision of combining her chiropractic practice and her love for neurologically diverse children into a sensory gym that would further serve the community. That's when We Rock the Spectrum was born! Kids love to play! And let's be honest, playtime is the BEST part about being a kid! This unique gym allows kids to do just that, but with some added benefits... WRTS uses unique sensory equipment that aids children in improving their sensory functions while playing and socializing! Their fine and gross motor skills will become more defined as they interact on the different climbing structures and other pieces of sensory equipment. When children this young are able to interact and play with others their age, they gain the building blocks for social skills that will carry them throughout the remainder of their lives. [gallery size="large" ids="11522,11523,11524"] For those children who struggle with communicating and expressing themselves (through words or gestures), they are given multiple opportunities at the gym to step out of their comfort zone and try to master those skills. When a certain goal is reached by the children, they share in that success together, which not only produces a form of therapy for them but it also ties in the social component WRTS aims for! The gym's staff works tirelessly to provide the children with an environment that makes them feel safe and secure, while simultaneously educating them and helping them master skills. It truly is a gym for all!
