In an effort to improve the health of its residents, West Virginia has become the first state to ban most artificial dyes in foods under a new bill. Two of the bill's sponsors, State Sen. Jason Barrett and State delegate Evan Worrell, join "Elizabeth Vargas Reports" to discuss the bill.
