WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Around 4:50 am on March 6, Wichita Falls Police Officers responded to a burglary on the 3400 block of Kemp Blvd.

According to Sgt. Vasquez, when officers arrived they found the door to the business shattered, and a man inside burglarizing the building.

33-year-old Edward Avitia-Castillo was arrested, and is charged with burglary of a building and resisting arrest.

This incident is still under investigation.
