The wait for Georgia basketball fans to see their team return to the NCAA Tournament is only hours away. There should be no biting of nails wondering if the Bulldogs can end their 10-year March Madness drought. Every bracketologist has the 20-12 Bulldogs safely in the field of 68. What we will find out tonight is where the Bulldogs are going and who will be the team they see Thursday or Friday for a first-round game. The answer comes during CBS’ selection show at 6 p.m. The Bulldogs team will gather together on campus and watch together. One thing we know is Georgia won’t be going back to Charlotte like it did in 2011 and 2015. That’s not a first-round site. First and second-round games will be held at these locations: Lexington, Ky., Providence, Seattle, Wichita, Kan., Cleveland, Denver, Milwaukee and Raleigh. “To see myself and my team just grow over those couple months, especially these last few weeks, I think we just made a big jump,” freshman forward Asa Newell said after Georgia’s 81-75 loss to Oklahoma in a first round SEC Tournament game Wednesday. “I think although we lost this one, we're just looking ahead and seeing where we're going to be, just be ready to go at the next chance that we can.”
