After earning the AFC's No. 1 playoff seed, the Kansas City Chiefs took down the Houston Texans in a Divisional Round game last week, punching their ticket to Sunday's AFC title game.

But who stands in Kansas City's way of another Super Bowl appearance?

As the top seed, the Chiefs (16-2) and QB Patrick Mahomes will host the No. 2 seed Buffalo Bills (15-4) at 5:30 p.m. CT Sunday, Jan. 26. CBS will broadcast the game.
