WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - The Wichita County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 25-year-old man after a high-speed chase on Sheppard Access Road.

Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle of Trey Hundley Strong on Wednesday, Jan 22. WCSO said he fled for several miles through Wichita Falls and came to a stop at the intersection of F.M. 369 and Rogers Drive.

Wichita County Sheriff’s Office said Strong tried to flee on foot before getting placed under arrest.

Strong was taken to Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle, Evading, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While License Invalid Enhanced, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
