The wife of Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill filed an emergency motion in Miami-Dade Circuit Court alleging that he acted in an "abusive" manner toward her and had never been alone with their 4 1/2-month-old baby but still showed up at their residence last week saying he was taking the baby. Lakeeta Vaccaro Hill says in the motion that she called police, claiming that Hill’s true objective was “to demonstrate to the wife that he can do whatever he wants.” But police said she had to let him take the baby, and she did. “The husband has no sincere desire to spend time with the baby, to assume parental responsibilities for the baby or to be personally involved with the baby,” the motion says. “The husband’s track record for involvement as a parent is well-established as he has many, many other children.” The filing says Hill is subject to “impulsive, unpredictable behavior.” Vaccaro Hill filed for divorce following an April 7 altercation at their home in which Hill’s mother-in-law summoned police, concerned over the safety of her daughter and granddaughter. Vaccaro Hill’s motion requests that Hill only be allowed to see the baby under supervision. “The husband has never taken care of the baby, never bathed her, never changed a diaper, never dressed her and never put her to bed,” the filing says.
