On Monday at 3:35 a.m. a wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 4 p.m. until Tuesday 4 p.m. for Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon. The weather service adds, "West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts between 45 to 55 mph expected." "Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," explains the weather service. "Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution."
