Toast the arrival of fall at the Maryland Wine Festival!

Whether you're a wine lover, a foodie, or a person who just enjoys having a good time, the Maryland Wine Festival calls to everyone.

The main attraction is obviously the wine -- You can actually sample more than 150 wines from 25 wineries all over the state of Maryland, including the Basignani Winery and the Solomons Island Winery. There will also be a Cheese Pavilion where you can sample artisanal cheeses produced in Maryland creameries.

But the Maryland Wine Festival is an event that just keeps on giving. In addition to the free-flowing wine samples, food vendors will be on hand to serve everything from crab cakes to brick-oven pizza, while 45 artisans will display their artworks, crafts, and other handmade items. And local and regional bands will provide jazz, folk, and covers of 80's classics in the background!
