A Worcester judge ruled a local man to be dangerous in connection with the death of his daughter and abuse committed towards two other children.

Francisco Ortiz, 34, of Worcester, was charged with assault and battery on a child with substantial injury, assault and battery, two counts of permitting injury to a child and reckless endangerment of a child.
