WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - According to a recent Facebook post, the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office has made multiple seizures during traffic stops over the past weeks, resulting in large amounts of drugs and suspected illicit cash taken off the county’s streets. One stop yielded 35 pounds of cocaine, valued at over $1 million. Another netted over $250,000 in cash. In both instances, WCSO said the items were concealed but officers were still able to locate them. WCSO added that the stops resulted in multiple arrests and pending federal charges.
