Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market

Since 1981, the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market has brought quality vendors to the community, selling everything from seasonal vegetables to hand-crafted knick-knacks to artisanal cheese. On weekends they sell hot breakfast sandwiches, along with coffee, hard apple cider, baked goods, and more! The market runs on the following days and times: Saturdays, from 7 a.m. to noon, March 30-December 21; Tuesdays from 7 a.m.-noon, May 21-September 24; and Sundays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., year-round. Pennsylvania Dutch Farmers' Market

Located in historic Annapolis, this Amish market brings a delightful spread of fresh produce, barbecue, cheeses, homemade desserts, and more each week. Everything is made in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in the traditional Amish way with fresh ingredients and timeless recipes. Grab a pancake breakfast at their restaurant, take a trip to their candy store, or try one of their specialty treats -- you can't go wrong with a soft pretzel or a chocolate-covered strawberry! They operate every Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. View more of their offerings here.
Bowie Farmers' Market

This market, held in the Bowie High School parking lot, features wares ranging from fresh fruit and vegetables to the finest cuts of meat. Choose from a variety of pre-packaged goods like jams, bread, cakes, cookies, and pies. Add spice blends to your pantry and browse handmade soaps and lotions. All locally made, it's a great way to support the community. The market starts on May 19 and runs through October 27 from 8 a.m. to noon every Sunday. You can find more information here.
Crofton Farmers' Market

Only a 20-minute drive out from Annapolis, this market is a must for anyone in the area. Over 50 vendors are in attendance, making it the biggest farmers' market of its kind in Anne Arundel County. Shop prepared foods from Deception Salsa and DMV Empanadas, get your face painted from The Face Paint Lady, and surprise Sparky with treats from Baltimore Dog Bakery.
