An afternoon on the Potomac Paddle Pub combines exercise, day-drinking, music, and epic river views.

If the idea of cruising the Potomac on a paddleboat is your idea of a good time, read on. This fun excursion can be powered by your own group's pedaling or the vessel's engine when you get tired. Add in a BYOB setup with your own playlist, and you've go the makings of a day to remember.

New for 2020, you can expect smaller groups of 8 to ensure proper compliance with D.C.'s social distancing regulations. The boat will also be sanitized both before and after each reservation. Because you provide your own food and beverages, refreshments are up to you.

The vessel docks from Washington Harbor, across from Nick's Riverside Grill (3050 K Street NW in Washington, D.C.). Once you make a reservation, you'll get an email with additional instructions from the crew.
