As the partial government shutdown nears one full month, thousands of federal workers remain furloughed without pay. If you're one of them, the following places in Hampton Roads want to help -- Use this list to find out where to go and get the free food and services you need!

The owner of Plaza Del Sol is offering free tacos to any of the federal workers affected by the shutdown.

Kahiau's Bakery & Cafe

Kahiau's Bakery & Cafe is offering a free breakfast anytime during the day until the shutdown is over; just be sure to show them your ID.

Mona Lisa Restaurant & Bar is offering a free slice of pizza to Coast Guard members until the shutdown is over. They are located off Military Highway in Norfolk!
