Free to the public every Saturday this fall, the H Street Comedy Night is an experience you don't want to miss!

The H Street NE corridor has become one of the most popular entertainment destinations in the Washington, D.C., area. New and diverse restaurants have revitalized what used to be a distressed location following the riots of the '60s. Now a favorite destination among millennials, the streets on any given night are lined with taxis and Ubers waiting for business. But every Saturday this fall, the H Street Comedy Nights at Driftwood Kitchen are the place to be -- for great laughs with friends or a really enjoyable date night! WHEN: Every Saturday through December 30, 2017 WHERE: Driftwood Kitchen, 400 H Street, NE, Washington, D.C., 2ooo2 D.C.'s funniest comics travel to H Street for laughs, drinks, and good food at Driftwood Kitchen (4th and H). There's no cover charge and no minimum, and you and your friends can laugh the night away. Hosted by Elena Torres, a telenovela actress-turned-comedian, the H Street Comedy Nights are presented by Capital Laughs, a group of comedians who wanted to create something fun and new for the D.C. arts scene. Comedians host, produce, and perform shows throughout D.C., culminating in a free standup festival to celebrate "free laughter in America."
