Who doesn’t love a good holiday festival? The Smithsonian Holiday Festival, put on by The Museum of American History, will be one you're not going to want to miss. Here’s everything you need to know.
The American History Museum
is holding a holiday festival to help you celebrate the season in style. With an array of activities that are both family-friendly and fun for adults, the festival will feature live music, food demonstrations, movie screenings, a gift wrapping station, and more!

WHAT TO DO:
Catch a screening of the Polar Express
in 3D, or listen to some favorite holiday tunes as you explore the displays. Feed your sweet tooth by watching a live history of chocolate demonstration, and then of course, taste all the delicious creations. And if you’re hungry at any point throughout the day, the museum's Stars & Stripes Café and Jazz Café will be selling tasty holiday treats and hot beverages.
In the afternoon, enjoy the U.S. Air Force Band as they perform live. And make sure to bring the presents you need wrapped (especially if wrapping isn’t in your skill set), as the festival will feature a free gift wrapping station. You can access the full schedule here
