"Let's-a go!"

Prepare to be filled to the brim with nostalgia, because there's a life-size Mario Kart track coming to Denver! So whether you're a fan of the original Super Mario Kart or the latest installment of the popular video game series, this is definitely something to get excited about!

Called Mushroom Rally, this real-life video game experience will give participants the opportunity to dress up as their favorite Mario Kart characters, zoom around the custom-made track, and win prizes throughout the day of the event -- a single winner from each city (Denver and Los Angeles) will then battle it out in a final race set in Las Vegas. Mushroom Rally will be in Denver from April 5-14 at K1 Speed in Littleton.

There will be a limited number of tickets -- only 600 participants per city. Tickets will grant racers 30 minutes of racing time and a costume, if needed. Check out Mushroom Rally's Facebook page for more information, including ticket prices and more.
