It's called Snowga. (Snow + Yoga = Snowga. Get it?) Not only is it a real thing, but it's happening at Skyline Park in Denver until February 10, 2018!Only in Colorado could you find people who would willingly practice yoga on ice. Why it's a thing, who knows? I mean, you're twisting and assuming all sorts of postures ON ICE. I think this goes without saying, but if you do partake in Snowga, please be careful. With that being said, everyone must complete a waiver prior to participating. You can fill out the waiver on-site, but it is also available online.
