What if you could scramble down the stairs on Christmas morning, just like Ralphie and Randy did in the classic movie "A Christmas Story"?

Fans of the famed 1983 film A Christmas Story can stay overnight in the very same room where 9-year-old Ralphie lay crying after his epic fight and the resulting bout with a bar of Lifebuoy. Both twin beds in Ralphie and Randy's bedrooms are available, as well as a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa—total accommodations for six people—all on the third floor.
A Christmas Story House is located in Cleveland, Ohio, along with a museum and gift shop located directly across the street. Tours of the house (which was built in 1895) have been offered since 2006 when it was restored to look exactly like it did in the much-loved film.
Overnight guests of the house will have access to their own living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the third floor, but will be able to wander throughout the entire house when tours are not occurring, between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. A free tour is included with the booking, as well as discounts at the nearby Rowley Inn restaurant (in case the Bumpasses' dogs ruin your dinner).
The privilege of reliving Ralphie's Red Ryder Christmas isn't cheap, however. Staying Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will cost $3,595 per night for the entire house, while other dates are available for $1,145/night; single rooms start at $245.
Those looking to experience Christmas Eve by the light of the infamous "fra-gil-e" lamp will need to jump on this, 'cause we have a feeling it's gonna fill. upfast!
