Calling all photographers—it's time for a Washington Photo Safari. Guided by professional photographer E. David Luria, attendees can grab their camera for a nighttime photo session snapping shots of art installations around Georgetown, including the GLOW installation Light Pavilion at Georgetown Waterfront Park.
