Happy holidays, everybody! We've finally reached the end-point for the big kahuna that is Christmas Day. While this year hasn't exactly been ideal, we've been overwhelmed by the displays of holiday cheer found all over the DMV. Keep the good vibes going with something fun to do, whether it's a virtual concert, a wine tasting, or a radio performance of an all-time Christmas classic!

A Christmas Carol: Radio Play | Ford's Theatre | Washington, D.C. | Friday

This Christmas, gather 'round the radio for a special production of A Christmas Carol! In a retro wrist, Ford's Theatre is bringing Dickens' classic tale to WAMU 88.5 FM starring Craig Wallace as Ebenezer Scrooge. The perfect excuse to stay in your PJs and make some cocoa! It's a Kwanzaa Celebration! (Virtual) | DC Metro Area | Saturday

Kwanzaa starts December 26, and this year Creative Suitland is celebrating digitally. Between 5-7 p.m., hosts Stan "Substantial" Robinson and Brother Victorious will MC an inspiring lineup of artists, musicians, and activists in the DMV area. Tune in to a very special concert courtesy of Washington National Cathedral. Musicians Thomas Sheehan and George Fergus will delight viewers with beloved holiday songs played on the church's organ.
