This edition of the DMV weekend roundup features wine fests, trick-or-treating, and Comic-Con!

The ultimate Halloween extravaganza for kids is happening at the National Zoo! Mini ghosts and ghouls can trick-or-treat on the zoo's grounds while visiting the animals after-hours.
