The Phantom of the Opera

The latest production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera returns to Denver as part of its North American Tour. Follow the journey of the musical's iconic characters as the music of Webber transports you to a different world, with songs like "Music of the Night", "All I Ask of You", and "The Point of No Return". If you can't catch the show this weekend, the production will be at the Buell Theater until November 17.

Mozart Symphony No. 40

When: November 8–10
Where: Boettcher Concert Hall

Former Colorado Symphony music director Jeffrey Kahane presents a night of live music, the Mozart Symphony No. 40. The program begins with Brahms' Tragic Overture in D Minor, followed by Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 17 and Mozart's Symphony No. 40.

Pixar Party

When: November 8, 7–10 p.m.
Where: Denver Museum of Nature & Science

Denver Museum of Nature & Science presents a Pixar Party, for grown-ups who grew up with the iconic animated movies. The party offers an inside look at the technology and science which created the fantastic aesthetic and characters of Pixar movies. Guests are encouraged to dress as Pixar characters and play with 50 interactive elements of the temporary exhibition, The Science Behind Pixar.

National Bison Day

When: November 8, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Where: Denver Zoo

The Denver Zoo celebrates National Bison Day. Discover the role of bison in their ecosystems and how people can aid in bison conservation. With the regular price of admission, you can participate in the zoo's activities, zookeeper talks, and enjoy treats from a special menu at the café in celebration of the national mammal.

Rocky Mountain Con

When: November 9–10
Where: Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Stapleton

Rocky Mountain Con, or RMC, is a two-day event that celebrates comics, gaming, anime, and sci-fi. Fans can put on their best cosplay, geek out over comic books, attend panels, and take a stroll down the artist alley. Part of the proceeds goes to the victims of the Aurora Theater shooting.

Denver Fashion Week Fall '19

Denver Fashion Week is back with a collection of local and national fashion designers. The nine-day event has a diverse lineup for fashionistas, including workshops, make-up and hairstyle shows, runway shows, and more.

Ray LaMontagne Live

Ray LaMontagne is coming to Denver for two nights as part of his 2019 tour, Just Passing Through. Enjoy a night of folk ballads, rock, and soulful acoustic melodies as the American singer plays songs like "Trouble", "Hold You In My Arms", and "Such a Simple Thing".

Flamenco Night

When: November 9, 7–9 p.m.
Where: Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center

Su Teatro Cultural presents Una Noche de Flamenco!, an evening of authentic Gypsy flamenco music and dance. The night features the music of award-winning guitarist René Heredia accompanied by a dance performance of the Flamenco Fantasy Dance Theatre. Enjoy a night of Spanish guitar, colorful costumes, and the contagious sound of castanets.

Pink Floyd Brunch
