Sample an array of chocolate confections on St. Michaels' Talbot Street.

Are you a chocoholic? If you are (which makes up the majority of us around here!), then a trip to St. Michaels ChocolateFest is in order!

From March 7 to 8, experience a showcase of chocolate confections made by area businesses, as well as other chocolate-themed activities. From desserts and drinks to gourmet truffles, the sampling potential is off the charts. That's no exaggeration—there are literally thousands of items to taste!

WHEN: Saturday, March 7 – Sunday, March 8, 2020 | 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
WHERE: Town of St. Michaels | Talbot Street | St. Michaels, MD
ADMISSION: $10

Ever wanted to try a chocolate spa treatment? How about artisanal chocolate and wine pairings? The ChocolateFest Crawl is prepared to make all your chocolaty dreams come true. Cozy up with chocolate-infused dishes by talented chefs or spoil yourself with a getaway package from a local bed-and-breakfast.

Visitors can even score freebies at Skipjack's St. Michaels, where they'll be hosting their Golden Ticket Scavenger Hunt. Last year's festival featured bake-offs and screenings of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, so if that's any indication for 2020's event, we'll be in for a decadently delicious treat!

For $10, chocolate-lovers can enjoy 10 tastings from participating vendors and businesses on St. Michaels' Talbot Street. The tastings are combined in bundles of 10, which equals a buck per tasting—not bad considering the range of goodies that will be available at your fingertips!

Tickets can be purchased online or on the day of the event at the ChocolateFest tent. We recommend buying them in advance on the likelihood that they'll sell out, because let's face it, it *is* a chocolate festival! You can buy them here.
