First held in Oceanport, New Jersey, The Glow is now lighting up Lake Fairfax Park in Reston, Virginia. This jack-o-lantern experience is comprised of a 1/3-mile trail lined with over 5,000 expertly-carved pumpkins that cast their beautiful, bright lights into the night sky. Each pumpkin is from a local farmer throughout the region and is ingeniously carved to bring to life some amazing characters, scenes, and memories.
This October, you can take a stroll through the trail and gaze at all of the remarkable creations and inventions. From Harry Potter to Frozen, you will find all of your favorite movies immortalized in amazing artistry and twinkling lights. You will also discover some exquisite nods to D.C. culture, such as cameos by the president and shout-outs to some of the capital’s talented sports teams.
The Glow is perfect for any date night or an evening stroll with the family. Whoever you decide to bring with you will become starry-eyed by the pumpkin version of celebrities and remember these electrifying moments for a lifetime.

The pumpkins will tell their story every night until Sunday, October 28. You can even get a cheaper ticket if you buy online and schedule a specific time slot!
