Cycle through the city without having to worry about cars at the annual D.C. Bike Ride. Celebrate the joy of biking with your family and friends this spring!

Registration for this event will give you access to 20 beautiful miles of protected cycling trails winding through D.C. Riders of all ages are encouraged to participate in this incredible opportunity to view the sights of D.C. from two wheels.

WHEN: Saturday, May 18, 2019 | 8 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Corrals open at 6:00 a.m. | Full schedule available here.
STARTING LOCATION: West Potomac Park | 121 West Basin Drive SW | Washington, D.C.
REGISTRATION: Available online here | FREE for children 3-7 | $32.50 for youths 8-17 | $65 per adult
VIP REGISTRATION: $175, includes a commemorative full-zip jacket, post-ride hospitality and lunch, and the ease of having your packet mailed to you.

Bike Rentals

Don't have a bike? No worries! Combine your registration with a bike rental fee for a significant savings.

  • $77 will rent you an everyday bike (Cannondale Quick 6) and a helmet with your standard registration.
  • $164 gets you a performance/road bike (Cannondale CAAD 8) and a helmet with your standard registration.

People who rent bikes can pick them up and drop them off at the ride finish area for the ultimate in ride day convenience. All rentals are coordinated through Unlimited Biking.

Finish Festival

Finish the ride in front of the U.S. Capitol with live music, a long line of food trucks, giveaways, and more! Kids will enjoy the family-friendly activities and games.
