Have plans to hit up the beach and a couple drinking festivals this summer?

Combine them and head to North Beach Maryland for the DrinkMaryland event on June 23! North Beach is only a 55-minute drive from Washington, D.C., (less than an hour), and is nicknamed the “jewel of the Chesapeake Bay” because of the sandy beaches, beautiful boardwalk, and friendly community. The DrinkMaryland event will take place on Saturday, June 23, from noon to 5 p.m., right on the boardwalk. Specifically, you can find all the action at Downtown North Beach, Bay Avenue, North Beach, MD 20714. The idea is to celebrate those who make alcohol in the state, in all its forms, from wine to beer to spirits. Tickets are $20 a person, and the tasting pass includes a “stemless sampling glass, samples of wine, beer, and spirits from all participating vendors, and ability to purchase beverages by the glass.” You can grab your passes here.
There will also be local artisan and food vendors present, as well as a live music lineup. You can find out more information about DrinkMaryland here.
