The world—or at least Annapolis—is your oyster!

Get yourself to Annapolis for the city's inaugural Oyster Fest. Downtown Annapolis Partnership has paired with 19 Annapolis restaurants and bars to bring you three weeks of "local restaurants, local oysters, and local craft beer."

According to Downtown Annapolis Partnership's website, "This March 1-21 we are featuring the Maryland Oyster, a Maryland Seafood delicacy that goes perfectly with a craft beer. We will feature our area's local restaurants that will serve oyster and Eastern Shore Brewing beer specials for both dine-in and carry-out."

Varying restaurants will carry the different Eastern Shore Brewing craft beers, from the Situation Critical IPA to the Amber Lager and St. Michael’s Amber Ale. And each restaurant has its own deals. Below, we've rounded up a few of the most delicious deals!

At Annapolis Market House, you can get oysters for $1, as well as Fried Oyster lettuce wraps and an Oyster Po'boy!

Federal House Bar and Grille will be featuring the BOLT Sandwich: bacon, fried oysters, lettuce, and tomato on wheat with spicy remoulade, served with french fries; Broiled Oysters with chipotle bourbon butter; and Buffalo Fried Oysters with blue cheese.

Ever wanted to try Baked Oysters with chorizo? Harry Browne's Restaurant has got you!

And for that classic, Oyster Chowder, check out Sailor Oyster Bar

The Oyster Fest is even hosting an oyster giveaway contest, if you want to cook up your own. Simply "take a picture with oysters, post it to Facebook or Instagram using #AnnapolisOysterFest," and you could win a dozen oysters! There will be 100 such giveaways, so your odds look good!

Downtown Annapolis Partnership also encourages you "to return to Annapolis to enjoy Annapolis Restaurant Week March 20-28,2021 with both dine-in and carry-out options."

And, as their page notes, "A friendly reminder: Wear your mask, social distance, and wash your hands frequently when dining out or picking up carry-out to prevent the spread of COVID. You can also now pre-register for the COVID vaccine if you have not already done so."
