Cherry Creek Mall one of just five Gucci Pin locations worldwide.
Pop-up stores are a growing trend, and Denver is going to be the site of one of the more high-end options. High-fashion powerhouse Gucci has announced that Denver will be the first U.S. location of its debut luxury pop-up store, Gucci Pin. There are four other international locations in Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Paris.
Lucky Denver fashionistas can head to the Cherry Creek Mall on Friday, November 15, to experience a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, thanks to the century-old brand.
The Gucci Pin store concept is based on the practice of pinning places on cell phones, like through GPS devices, apps, online maps, etc. The Gucci app and Google Maps will offer an interactive digital experience for customers in the store, unique to each location. Featuring the brand’s icon Flora pattern, the Gucci Pin pop-up will offer women’s wear, accessories, small leather goods, and more adorned with the Double G and featuring Gucci’s vibrant use of colors.
The theme for this round of pop-ups is in-line with the holiday spirit and gift-giving, as well as highlights the Ophidia handbag line. Gucci has plans for more themes in 2020, including Chinese New Year, a psychedelic theme, and a tribute to Mickey Mouse.
Gucci has been around forever, and just about everyone recognizes it as a pillar of high-fashion worldwide. Creative director Alessandro Michele has taken the iconic brand in a fresh direction while honoring the historical significance of the House of Gucci.
Check the Gucci store locator for updated information on the Cherry Creek store, specific hours, and how long the pop-up will be open. Gucci Pin will be located on the lower level of the mall, near the Valet entrance.
