Bring your appetite!

Food trucks have made it possible to grab a unique lunch right outside the office building or enjoy a snack at a local attraction. For many, it's become a sport to guess and research where favorite food trucks will be on any given day. The hunt has created such positive publicity that food trucks often sell out in record time.

Northern Colorado is no exception. Back in 2018, the NoCo Food Truck Co-op created rallies across Loveland to not only support the local food trucks but also create a sense of community throughout the summer. As COVID-19 has affected all aspects of life this year, The NoCo Food Truck Co-op Rallies provide a much-welcomed sense of comradery between food truck vendors and residents.

The rallies have added live music and face painting to the food truck experience at local parks. Playgrounds, dog parks, and splash parks provide an added sense of entertainment for young families.

Every Wednesday, from 5:30 to 8:15 p.m., food trucks are scheduled at local parks through September 16. So what's the plan for this week? Check out the food trucks offered at Fairgrounds Park, Loveland Sports Complex, Mahaffey Park, and North Lake Park, on Wednesday, August 26.
