Hungry for something different? Maryland Food Truck Week is here to calm your cravings.

If you’re getting tired of eating at home, never fear: Maryland Food Truck Week is here! The annual event showcases Maryland’s best while raising money for Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland. The event runs almost two weeks, through July 26, 2020. Each day, more than 75 popular food trucks from all over the state will set up shop in different locations, giving people a chance to try something new.

The two-week event is put on by the Maryland Food Vending Association, the group behind the Maryland Food Truck Festival. The festival has been postponed due to coronavirus, but organizers are hoping the food truck week will help promote the industry while raising money for a good cause. The range of food runs from sandwiches to BBQ specialties, tacos to gourmet mac 'n’ cheese. Don’t forget sweet treats like ice cream and funnel cakes. Some of the trucks participating include:

The trucks will be parked at business parks, churches, farms, and community centers in Howard, Anne Arundel, Frederick, Baltimore, Cecil, Harford, and Carroll Counties. Trucks will be at the posted locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Diners are reminded to wear a mask, stay six feet apart, and be patient. Food trucks are tiny kitchens that make most items to-order, so there could be a bit of a wait.
