Sample your way through 200 types of wine along with cider, beer, and grub all weekend in Loudoun County, Virginia!
The 44th annual Virginia Wine Festival is coming your way, October 19–20! Showcasing over 200 wines and select ciders, patrons can enjoy unlimited tastings all afternoon at the hip urban sprawl One Loudoun. Wine connoisseurs won't want to miss the longest-running wine event in the region!

All wines and ciders are crafted by Virginia-area wineries and cideries, so savor samples of Virginia Mountain Vineyards, Mattaponi Winery, and Winchester Cider Works among others. Local food trucks will be serving cuisines for all tastebuds like lobster rolls, Korean tacos, pizza, crabcakes, and more. Specialty goodies include chocolate, tea, and beef jerky. Bottles will also be on sale, so you can bring some of your favorites home for extended drinking pleasure. In addition to food vendors, they're also hosting the "VA Oyster Pavilion," where guests can dine on freshly-shucked and prepared oysters along with complimentary wine pairings.
Advance general admission is $39 and covers unlimited samples, a commemorative drink glass, and access to the day's entertainment. Advance VIP tickets include early admission by one hour, private seating and restrooms, and a selection of VA Reserve beverages exclusive for VIP ticket-holders. Before you fill your cup, here are some things to keep in mind:
- Email confirmation of your ticket purchase and a valid photo ID will be required upon entry.
- Beer can only be purchased using "beer tickets," which will be sold throughout the festival at designated booths.
- For transportation, the event highly encourages the use of Uber or Lyft. It's important everyone stays safe while having fun! If you need to drive, parking lots are located in nearby Rosslyn, Virginia.
- Credit and debit cards will be the main form of payment accepted, especially for purchasing admission the day of and from food vendors. Some vendors, including wineries, will accept cash along with credit/debit.
