A good she-crab soup has a wonderful combination of sweet crabmeat, prized crab roe, and rich, velvety soup similar to a bisque. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, this is the perfect seafood festival for you!

Will the 2018 Winner, Passion the Restaurant, come out on top again?
