Cripple Creek Ice Festival
When: Feb. 9-17
Where: Cripple Creek, CO
The theme of this year's annual event is 'Superheroes on Ice,' and there will be plenty of fun for the whole family, from interactive ice sculptures to street vendors to live music, food, and beverages.
Romance Under the Sea
When: Feb. 14-16
Where: Downtown Denver Aquarium
These unique dinner packages include a four-course meal, champagne, a rose, and two aquarium adventure passes.
Yours Truly - An Immersive Valentine's Day Experience
When: Feb. 14-17
Where: The Lumber Baron Inn
This one-of-a-kind theater event will stage love letters written by famous authors such as Mark Twain, Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde, Beethoven, Virginia Woolf, and F. Scott Fitzgerald. There will also be live music and customized love poems in the ballroom and plenty of cocktails and dining options.
Garden Bros. Circus
When: Feb. 15-17
Where: Historic Denver Coliseum
This fun, family-friendly show will feature performers from 22 countries, special effects, elephants, and even jugglers seen on America's Got Talent. There will also be a special kids' zone with pony rides, a bouncy house, face-painting, and more.
Saturday, February 16
Electric Feels
When: Feb. 16
Where: Summit Music Hall
This experiential dance party originated in Los Angeles and will feature DJs spinning the tunes of your favorite indie rock and dance artists.
Community Film Festival
When: Feb. 16
Where: Think 360 Arts
Through watching various films, attendees will discuss themes of "identity, criminalization, & survivorship" at this free event.
Sunday, February 17
Stay Up With the Stars
When: Feb. 17
Where: Denver Museum of Nature & Science
This family-friendly event starts with a dinner at the museum followed by planetarium shows. If weather permits, you'll be able to see the stars through telescopes, create special crafts, and even enjoy the hot chocolate bar.
