Ariana Grande: Sweetener World Tour | Capital One Arena | Friday

Giant National Capital Barbecue Battle | Pennsylvania Avenue NW | Saturday-Sunday

AFI Docs Film Festival | Multiple Locations | Multi-day

10th Annual Astronomy Festival on the National Mall | by Smithsonian Castle | Saturday

Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit & Father John Misty | Merriweather Post Pavilion | Friday

Two of indie music's biggest acts are co-headlining a tour – sign us up! Catch Jason Isbell with his band The 400 Unit and songwriter Father John Misty as they perform off of their respective records The Nashville Sound and God's Favorite Customer. Jade Bird will open. Jellyfish Festival | North Division Street, Ocean City | Friday-Sunday

Frederick Pride | Carroll Creek Linear Park | Saturday

Phish | Merriweather Post Pavilion | Saturday-Sunday
