One lucky winner will have the chance to spend the night inside the Sanderson house.

After many years of wishing and hoping, a sequel to Disney’s Hocus Pocus is finally here. To celebrate the launch of Hocus Pocus 2 on Disney+, the Sanderson Sister’s spooky cottage will be available to rent for one night for just $31. Located in Salem, Massachusetts, the cottage sleeps two and features an open living area centered around the witches’ black cauldron.

This ultimate fan experience will be available for one night only on October 20. Airbnb will open booking for the Sanderson cottage on Wednesday, October 12, at 1 p.m. EST.

The $31 booking does not include travel to Salem and the cottage doesn’t have a kitchen or air conditioning. Airbnb will also be making a donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Salem to commemorate the film and the rich history of Salem.

If you are the lucky couple that gets to stay in the cottage, you can spend your night looking through the witches’ cupboard full of potions, conjuring up spells, and sitting in awe of the black flame candle. If you can fall asleep, the cottage has two comfortable beds, a sofa, and a dining table. Guests will also get to view a special screening of Hocus Pocus 2.

The original Hocus Pocus film was released in 1993 and starred Bette Midler, Kathy Naijmy, and Sarah Jessica Parker. The story follows three witches returning to life on Halloween night in search of eternal life. While not initially a smash at the box office, the film became a cult classic with DVD and video sales spiking every Halloween.

The long-awaited sequel has the witches once again returning to Salem on Halloween, with a new group of children working to keep the city safe. Hocus Pocus 2 is now available to stream on Disney+ .
