If you grew up in the early 2000s, you've likely heard of a little movie called Shrek. A huge hit for Dreamworks Animation, the film went on to span several sequels, theme park attractions, and so much more. And now, the Shrek franchise is dipping its toes into Airbnb.

From October 27–29, you and up to three friends could spend the weekend at Shrek's Swamp in Scotland (minus the torches, pitchforks, and Duloc Knights, of course).

"Shrek's Swamp is lovely. Just beautiful. The perfect place to entertain guests," Donkey said. "You know what I like about it? Everything. The overgrown landscaping, the modest interiors, the nice boulders, all of it. I can't wait for guests to experience this muddy slice of paradise for themselves."

According to Airbnb, this is not a contest. The stay is, however, completely free—"a nod to the priceless refuge Shrek's Swamp has provided fairytale creatures of all kinds."

At the swamp, guests can enjoy the "ambiance of 'earwax candlelight,'" swamp stories, and even a stack of waffles in the morning! (IYKYK.)

How you can book a weekend stay at Shrek's Swamp:

Beginning October 13 at 6 p.m. (BST), eager fans can request to book Shrek's Swamp at airbnb.com/shrek.

Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Scotland, says Airbnb.
