Deck the halls, you will, with this holiday special complete with time travel.

Set a reminder now. The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special: Celebrate the Season of Compilation is set to stream on November 17 on Disney+.

In this animated movie, The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special includes Rey, Poe, Finn, Chewie, Rose, and, of course, the droids to celebrate Life Day. Life Day was first introduced in the 1978 Star Wars Holiday Special.

"At a mysterious Jedi Temple, she is hurled into a cross-timeline adventure through beloved moments in Star Wars cinematic history, coming into contact with Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan and other iconic heroes and villains from all nine Skywalker saga films. But will she make it back in time for the Life Day feast and learn the true meaning of holiday spirit?"

While our last encounter with Star Wars was The Rise of Skywalker (2019), which was met with mixed reviews. Hopefully, the clever dialog and humorous whimsey of LEGO combined with time travel will exceed all of our hopes this holiday season.

After watching the trailer for LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special, fans are not stingy with their comments.

"This is honestly what many Star Wars fans, including myself, have always wanted. To see all eras clash. If it were only live action. 😂🤩" ~Edwin Santana

"This actually looks kinda fun and just what star wars needs, a nonsensical trip in time, " ~Tyler Wakefield

"A Holiday Special? I got a bad feeling about that. Holidays in our world don’t seem to mix with fictional universes. Lego makes it kind of interesting though but a holiday special?" ~John Rutkowski

If that doesn't put you into the holiday spirit, maybe you will want to see some of the same characters in the 2020 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar. "This year, the advent calendar was designed in concert with the development and production of the show."
