Green Pig Bistro

You’ll find every cut of meat imaginable here. On the menu, you’ll find a blend of French and American cuisine, all wrapped in comforting brunch classics. Get a taste of something hearty like pork belly sandwich with fried egg and collard greens, or try the steak and eggs with fries. Of course, with brunch, you also need a libation of some kind. Your best bet is the Green Pig Bacon Bloody Mary: vodka, spicy bloody mix, old bay, citrus, and bacon. The full drink menu, mimosas, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages are also available at brunch. Check out the full brunch menu here.

The Liberty Tavern

3195 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22201 [caption id="attachment_9444" align="aligncenter" width="620"]Clarendon Courtesy of[/caption]   The Liberty Tavern is one of those classic American restaurants that remind you how much history surrounds the Washington, D.C., area. It has stately, old-world charm with a tavern-like feel. The menu, however, embraces new American dishes and brunch is an all-you-can-eat buffet, which lets you taste a little bit of everything. You can view all your food options on the brunch menu here. Favorites include deviled eggs, homemade quiche, house-smoked salmon with a baguette, and thick-sliced French toast.
