You'll be able to check out the food hall's new location in late 2019.
Denver's food hall trend is expanding to Boulder with a new location for LoHi food hall Avanti Food & Beverage. The incubator will take over what was once the chain restaurant Cheesecake Factory on Pearl Street, giving Avanti 13,000 square feet of space to delight you with more choices for lunch than you could ever need.
“We have been actively seeking space in downtown Boulder for quite some time and are proud to announce an executed lease with Unico Properties,” said Avanti co-founder Patrick O’Neill.
He continued,
“The former Cheesecake Factory space supports our core incubator model and the views spanning from the Flatirons to Sanitas on our roof-top deck are spectacular. We’ve seen seven concepts that started within Avanti in Denver break out into brick and mortar locations and we can’t wait to help foster the same success in Boulder. We will collaborate closely with the City of Boulder and its various departments to make Avanti a destination for residents and visitors to gather day and night and support Boulder’s bustling culinary scene.”
You only have to wait until late 2019 to explore the food hall's six concepts, which have yet to be revealed. There will be several similarities to the Denver location, such as a giant rooftop deck. Scout Interiors, the interior designers for the Denver location, will be back to give the new location a familiar vibe, and Oz Architecture will handle the architecture of the new space. The location will also feature two bars along with a coffee and pastry shop for those headed to Avanti to start their day.
The new Avanti location is expected to be a huge hit with residents. “The Boulder community is excited that Avanti is bringing a modern-day food hall to Pearl Street,” said Sean Maher, CEO of the Downtown Boulder Partnership. “Their Denver location is a vibrant hub of culinary innovation, which is a perfect match for our downtown. Both locals and visitors to Boulder have come to expect fresh, creative dining choices and that’s what Avanti is all about — I have no doubt that Avanti Boulder will be a big success.”
