St. Patrick's Day festivities start on Saturday at Galway Bay. Enjoy special menu items all weekend, like Potato and Leek Soup, Shepherd's Pie, and Guinness Cake with fresh cream. Music will be a big part of the event, with Richard Hayward performing Saturday night from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Sunday will start early with a 9 a.m. opening. Enjoy a jazz brunch in the Whiskey Bar with Mustache O'Malley, then Richard Hayward will be performing 1-5 p.m. End the holiday with McPherson's Pocket Watch from 5-9 p.m. Make sure you have a taste from their extensive Irish whiskey selections!

Saturday is being hailed as St. Practice Day at Fado, with live music at 5 p.m. with Sean Pelan, and 9 p.m. with Pressing Strings.

Sunday brings a 6 a.m. opening for Pints and Pancakes, with the first 17 customers getting a free pint and pancake stack! There is no cover for the live music all day, and $5 Guinness Blonde and Green Tea shots will keep you going. Register between 10 a.m. and noon to win a trip to Ireland. And don't forget to stick around for the traditional Irish dancers at 11 a.m.

The good folks at Brian Boru have crafted special menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on St. Patrick's Day. Reservations are strongly suggested, as big crowds are expected. There will be live music in the bar and the tent all day!

Standout dishes that leap off the menu are the all-day full Irish breakfast, corned beef and cabbage, and the Wicklow leg of lamb. Yum!
