I love a good themed beverage, but Starbucks' new Halloween drink definitely tops anything I've seen.

First, Starbucks' Halloween-themed drink actually looks really, really creepy. Called Witch’s Brew Frappuccino, the blended beverage lives up to its name -- at least in its appearance. A press release from Starbucks claims that ingredients include bat warts, lizard scales, and a tad of toad’s breath (but we think they're just joshin'!).

The colors are bewitching enough, but don't worry: though the drink may look like a poisonous potion, it won’t actually harm you.

Really, the non-caffeinated drink tastes more like a super sugar-filled candy -- which can also be intense, but in a different, less life-threatening way. The "bat warts" are actually chia seeds, the "lizard scales" are matcha powder, and the "touch of toad’s breath" is just an orange crème base.

If you recall, Starbucks has had a history of introducing themed drinks, like the Unicorn Frappuccino and the Zombie Frappuccino. I can’t say that you should order Witch's Brew more than once due to the amount of random ingredients and sugar content (that color for sure does not come naturally), but it certainly is fun to order one and take a picture for the 'gram. Those vibrant colors are sure to pop!

How do you feel about the new Witch’s Brew Frappuccino at Starbucks? If you try it, be sure to come back and let us know how it goes! But hurry because it's only available for a limited time. Let the Instagram wave begin.
