"Don't I remind you of Scooby-Doo? I have a very tragic backstory: I was shot and left at a dead-end street to die. How horrible is that? Well, I'm happy to report that I have come a long way since then, showing Caitlin and the staff that I'm actually a pretty happy guy despite my struggles. I finally smiled for the first time last Wednesday and have shown how happy, friendly, and welcoming I am! However, I cannot under any circumstances go to a home with cats, kids, or other dogs. The staff do not know my triggers, so if you take me home, please be cautious if I snap at you or bark. "I'm a seriously shy but curious guy who lives in the feral room. I am afraid of you if you approach me but am very curious about getting to know you! When Caitlin reached her hand out to pet me, I sniffed it out of curiosity but was too scared to come out and say hello! "My past has been pretty difficult which has affected my overall behavior. My previous owners crated me, even though I told them that I didn't want to be in there, and they continued to crate me despite my pleas! They did potty-train me, teach me a few tricks, and teach me how to walk on a leash properly, plus I know the basics like, sit, stay, and shake. I'm an incredibly affectionate dog who can be very timid and underfoot. I have chronic nose and ear infections that will need to be treated with monthly medications.
