Now that you've given all the gifts, buy something (on sale) for yourself.
Black Friday has come and gone, and the stress of holiday shopping has come to an end. But that doesn't mean there aren't some great deals this time of year, and you can take advantage of them if you know what to look for. So if you aren't completely drained from holiday spending, head back to the mall (or shop online), and snag yourself some after-Christmas presents. Here are the items you're likely to find at the deepest discounts.
Toys and Gifts
This one may seem obvious, but toys, games, holiday-themed box sets, and seasonal candles will all have their prices slashed. The most popular toys may be sold out, but it's still a great time to stock up on gifts for next year or toys for kids' birthdays. You won't find video game deals the likes of Black Friday, but Steam offers sales this time of year for PC gamers.

Retailers stock up on electronics before the holidays, so you'll find some great discounts during after-Christmas sales. This includes items like headphones, speakers, TVs, laptops, and smart home devices.
There's still plenty of months left of chilly weather to get use out of your sweaters, coats, and boots. Yet retailers are already making room for warmer weather inventory. Winter clothing sales can be even more impressive than Black Friday discounts.

You may have had enough of Christmas decorations this year, but the festive time will return again. Now is a great time to stock up on ornaments, pick out next year's artificial tree, and snag holiday-themed throw pillows and other accents.
Bedding & Bath
The annual white sales typically start in January, with the MLK holiday bringing some of the best deals. But some retailers are already clearing out inventory, so keep an eye out over the next month for that bedding or bath towel set you've been wanting.
We've picked our favorites of the after-Christmas sales, but there are plenty of deals to be found at other retailers, both online and at brick-and-mortar locations.
