January is over, so it's likely we're all in a bit of a slump when it comes to our New Year's resolutions. 

Now that January is behind us, facing 2020 without that New Year magic can seem a bit daunting.

While motivation itself can sometimes be enough to push through those last few reps or to pass on the offered doughnut, other times just aren't that easy.
